Brazil Wins their opening match against North Korea with 2-1 at Ellis Park Stadium.

Brazil Scores first goal at 55 minute of play Brazil Defender Maicon scored almost an impossible goal to lead with 1-0 assisted by Elano. At the 72 minute of play Elano scores an outstanding goal to make the lead 2-0 assisted by Robinho. Stunning through-ball from Robinho who cuts open the North Korea defence to find Elano.

Elano is the third player at this fifa world cup to score and have an assist, joining Germany's Lukas Podolski and thomas muller.

At the 88 minute of play Ramires is booked for a late tackle on Cha Jong-Hyok. He is the first andonly player who got yellow card in this match. With this foul North Korea won the Free Kick, Ji Yun-Nam converts this free kcik to Excellent Goal but it was too late.

Clearly Brazil dominated the Full time but North Korea tried hard to get back in to the game. In the last minute of play Jong Tae-Se has a late chance to cross but elects to shoot and drags his effort weakly wide of Julio Cesar's near post.
